I gave CAT exam in 2016 and secured 59 percentile. How should I proceed further for admission in an MBA college?

59 percentile are not good enough for even a decent MBA college. You can opt for any other State level entrance exam or try next year.

Yes, you can proceed further, but your chance to get admission in IIMs is very low. It is better to apply in some other institutes and you can also write other exams like CMAT, SNAP and XAT.
