itdepends on from which college you are, if it is not a reputed college you wot be getting a good job, so if you are not from a premium institute than better try to some courses from very reputed one, either go for MBA /mtech ar atleast a short duration project related courses.

You can apply for jobs. Doing course may not be needed. All jobs don't need any additional course or qualification. BE is good enough in itself.
