I gave improvement in 2017 scored 62% with 6 bands. Should I apply for Canada and will I get visa for Canada?

Hi,
You may check colleges under SPP but if your profile is not too strong I wouldn't recommend. Visa will depend on your overall application kit. Keep other country options such as Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, France, etc. which are also very good study abroad destinations.
