Hi Ankita, well, for now we would suggest you to concentrate on your schooling, work hard and score well because the courses in which you have shown interest can be taken up only after plus two.
For Mass Media and Fashion design courses you need to fulfill their respective eligibility criteria and clear the entrance exam alongside.
You may opt for any stream in plus two (Science, Commerce, Arts) which matches your interest and personal attributes as it will make your scoring even more easier.
