I gave my 12th this march but didn't pass in math which i again appeared in october and passed. Am i eligible to give the HSEE 2015?

In my march exam i got 67% and then in october i gave only maths and passed in it.

I feel, you can appear provided you have valid statement of marks and passing certificate.
