I gave my GRE on 29th of this month. My score: verbal-147/170 and quant-161/170. should i apply to USA or Canada?

My aggregate is 59.33%(Mumbai University in EXTC) want to apply for ECE in universities of USA and CANADA. OTHER: i have a certification in optical fiber, workshop certificate in robotics, worked in NGO, certi in sports So any suggestions and what are my chances for getting in a good universities??
