i gave my ssc board exams and waiting for results. i want to do mbbs. which is the best institue worldwide? what g.k is needed for aiims ?

i am aiming for mbbs via aiims new delhi and want to know what am i supposed to prepare except the 11 and 12 portion for 20 gk questions asked in the entrance test. i have a deep desire to study in the usa so i have kept that option open too but i need to get a scholarship to get there. how to apply
