I get 18025 rank in JEE Mains under SC category. Can I get admission in NIT-Goa for CSE? My home state is Assam .

My JEE score is 74.96 percentile.

Yes, you can but need to apply as soon as possible.

No chance in CSE in any NITS or IIITs. Your rank is too low in SC category. There is limited seats for SC in NIT and your rank is more above that. Even getting CSE with this rank is not at all possible.

You will get admission in last stages of counselling as your home state is different. Alternatively, you can try for NIT Silcharfor the same course.
