I get 1936 rank in RPET. for me which is best eck,kota; jecrc; skit. what is avg. placement package in jecrc.

Go for SKIT. In case you miss that, try JECRC, Then VIT, VIT(E). In not then try for VIT University or JECRC University outside RPET
