I get 2240(womens qutta) rank in odisha jee.can i get admission in any govt clg

Sir i get 12300(general catagory) rank in orissa jee n 2240(womens qutta).i want to do engineering in it.i secure only 50% in +2 sc.bcoz of my illness,can i get admission in any govt clg.plz tell me
