I get 45 marks in JEE Mains under OBC category but couldn't qualify in Advanced. Will I get an NIT or a good government college?

You have minimum marks in JEE Mains. You cannot get NIT.

You can get some good state government colleges of Orissa, Punjab, etc. But difficult to get the NITs. Good luck for the future.

You have a slim chance to get any college through JoSAA so explore your possibilities in a private college. All the best.

You have no chance to get NIT, but you can apply for some good colleges in your area.

The chances are very less to get NIT. But still, you can apply and wait for the last round. You can also apply for good regional colleges in your state.
