Yes you can get seat in Rvr and jc college go to their official website on google and fill admission form so that you can apply through online otherwise visit the college and get admission directly as you already wrote APICET you will be admitted in counselor quota and coming to fee they charge 1.0 to 1.6 lakh per annum.
