No on the basis of ur rank there are no chance of getting admission in any govt. college. But u can try on the basis of ur qualifying exam in certain top colleges/institutes like Lovely professional university, Sona College of Engg., VIT Pune.

Please walkin to the campus on any weekday with your marks sheet and relevant documents to the admission block, so according to the vacancy of seats, they will let you know the admission status.
