I am diverting my field from broking house to IT I have experience of 7 yrs but I decide to join best institute for ccna and ccie so will you please tell the best institute for me and it is possible to get good job after passing ccna or ccie bcz right now i m unemployeed and age is around 37 please

you can do networking course from jeting , or IIHT or and if you clear their exam of certification then it has more value

Have you a Technical Graduation ? Like BE/Tech Electronics . CCNA Best suits to BE/Tech Electronics Engineers . If you are with out a technical Certification The I would suggest Take a Course that is related to to Your Education and Experience
