I got 102/200 and my JEE Mains marks are 158. Can I get aeronautical engineering?

Yes your marks are good, so there are more chances to get this college in aeronautical engineering.

I cannot assure you, if you'll get Aeronautical in 102/200. The cutoff has been going higher every year, and there are chances of getting the sear through internal sliding or branch change after first year, but both cases are highly risky. I suggest you take a retest and try getting a higher score.
