Which college should I join among Panimalar, Sai Ram, RMK affiliated to either SRM or ANNA University?

First preference to IIT Madras, then NIT Trichy, then Anna University itself, then College of Engineering Guindy, then Anna University affiliated colleges and then to any private university such as SRM University. However SRM University Engineering students are at least equally recognized as Anna Un
