I got 106(GEN) marks in mains and 84% in boards. Want to do b.tech in CS or IT. Which priv. or govt(if any) clg are the best option for me.

For general category its hard to get any govt institute with this score. But you can get CSE in good private colleges like UPES Dehradun, UTM Shillong & MNIT Bhopal. You can check out cut offs on official website of these institutes and apply accordingly. Good luck :)
