I got 107 in MH CET Exam For MMS/MBA Should i wait for counsiling round (4th Round) of admission to get in good colleges like Chetna, MET

I wan to take admission in good colleges in mumbai for mba like Chetna MET, Pilllis, IES For MMS. their Cut off in second round r around 130 to 120 Should i wait for the fourth round for admission. will it help with this score. what amt of risk will bw der?
