Yes, you will definitely get a good govt. college (IPU) with 1072 rank, so no need to worry. Go for IPU counseling and don't forget to take a look at the last year's cut-off for BCA in IPU colleges.
That will get an idea of which colleges you have to apply in while choice filling in the counseling. -

Exam consists of questions of average intellect.
One should have PCM aggregate of minimum 55% to appear for the exam
Its based on the common syllabus of 11th and 12th.
Unlike JEE, the questions aren't conceptual, like u don't need to apply formula from 5 different units to get a single answer.
Revising properly from the notes of 11th and 12th will do the job.
