You may try MS University for architecture based on your marks or even IP University in Delhi.
Based on your JEE Marks, it is nearly impossible to find any government architecture colleges as they close at 230 marks or 2500 rank in JEE B.Arch.

    Hi,
NATA 2018 qualifying marks will be based on the rules given below:
    1. At least 25% must be secured in MCQ portion (30 out of 120)
    2. At least 25% must be secured in Drawing portion (20 out of 80)
    3. Overall qualifying marks (out of 200) would be based on post-exam statistics and at the discretion of the Council. Aspirants will not qualify the exam until and unless they satisfy the conditions above. Well it is difficult to crack any government college with 108 Marks. You can still wait for the counselling date for clear information. Regards.
