DTU which was earlier called as Delhi College of Engineering is very sought after college and closing ranks are very high. From this year onwards NTA will be announcing results / ranking based on percentile and hence raw marks have lost their significance. I am sure you would have got percentile from NTA if you had appeared in January session or will be getting shortly if from April session.
