all things depends on your skill it is not based on how many marks you obtained develop your speaking skill etc then you can get in top mnc

yes you can. its depend on your skill but here this is true that marks matters a lot because all companies ask for good performance. And there also other companies who wants skilled and active person. only suggestion for you is to go for some extra training and update your skills.
