I got 11000 merit in JEE Mains, 8000 in VITEEE and 900 merit in SRM. Which one is best to join or should I wait for JEE Advance?

If you have prepared well for JEE Advance then wait for it, if not then you will get good government colleges, in special case NIT as well as far as branch doesn't matter to you. My suggestion would be look for the branch you want to pursue, it's very important and then look for the best government.
