Hi Karan, It will be difficult for you to get a government college with this rank. Although I will suggest you to participate in the counselling and apply for colleges like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur, IIEST Shibpur, etc. You might get a seat in last round. Best of luck
