I got 112 marks in JEE Mains and 86.3 % in +2 (PCM). Am I eligible to get admission in PEC for B.Tech CSE?

Yes you are eligible and you should appear in for counseling. I hope you will get a seat there. But for security reason you should fill RTUs form where you could get government colleges of Rajasthan.
