I got 112 marks in JEE Mains and 86.3% in +2(PCM), am I eligible to get admission in Thapar University for CSE?

Yes, you are eligible for Thapar University. Once you can call to their admission helpline no and confirmed about the starting date of admission.Your marks are well good and you will get definitely Thapar University.
