You can use Shiksha college predictor for the same. Check their website also for their eligibility score.

No, there are less chances to get CSE in JNTU-Kakinada. Try for other groups like ECE in JNTU, Kakinada or you can get a seat in good private colleges like VRSE, GVPE, etc.
