I got 121 in JEE Mains 2016 (General Category). I'm expecting 96-97% in CBSE board. Are there any chances to get into good NITs?

I'm from HP and have an option to join NIT Hamirpur under State Quota. I'm interested in knowing just for mechanical or CSE branch. If NITs aren't possible, suggest some good private college or other government colleges or any University.
