Hi,
With 121 marks in JEE-Mains, it would be tough to get a seat in NIT. But, you may try in :
-Amity University
-Tezpur University
-Ansal Institute of Technology
-AMC Engineering College

Yes on the basis of these marks in JEE you can hope of getting NIT.
But there are many universities like Amity, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
