You must try for counselling through JoSAA but it's quite difficult to find a good government college for architecture. -
Both your rank will be considered by the board. You just have to fill the choices and you will be notified if you are eligible. You will have great opportunities with 12,000 OBC rank. You may get into some good NITs or famous GIFTIs. So, just lock more and more choices you like and have interest and you will get notified soon. I am giving one example, from your general rank you will get notified from those colleges which has your rank cut-off and also simultaneously you will be notified from those colleges which have 12,377 OBC cut-off.
