I got 12683 rank in st category so can I get NIT 2019.

Your category rank poor. So, you can't get any of NIT. Please try for your state government engineering colleges.

No chance of getting an NIT with this rank (SC category) in JoSAA counselling, better to try for CSAB counselling.
