I got 127 marks in MU-OET. What will be my expected rank and will I get computer science?

You may get computer science branch, your marks are good but can't say about cut-off because it will depend on all students marks. You can try to get a good college. And, you may get a in MU-OET. You can try to take computer Science. You may get computer Science in MU-OET.
