Obviously, you have a chance to get the CSE branch in Bangalore. The colleges which provide you CSE for your rank are BMS, MSR and Acharya. All the best.

Yes, but this is just an entrance to those colleges. All depends on how you perform in all your semesters. Nice placements are available. But try GATE and pursue your M.Tech in IITs and everything will be according to you. All the best.
