Yes, you may get a college with 136 marks if you belong to the SC category. The NEET cutoff for SC candidates in 2024 was 161-126. You have decent chances of getting into a college, and if you get it, it will be a private one only. The NEET cutoff for the SC category in 2023 was 136-107 only. So see
