I got 13761 rank in open category (GIRLS). So will I get top 5 nits in CSE or ECE branches?

It is not possible to get CSE, but you can get ECE in NITs with this rank.

You cannot get in NIT trichy. If you belong to Telangana then you can get in NIT Warangal. Else you have to go with the NIT which is in Andhra Pradesh.
