    Being an alumni I want to share my thoughts on this as my sister has done the same course from LPU itself.
    Aerospace is a specialized branch of engineering which deals with the skills and knowledge to design, manufacture and maintain spacecrafts, aircrafts, missiles and weapons systems. The course curriculum covers aspects of two branches of engineering - aeronautical and astronautically engineering. The course also focuses on new technologies in aviation, defence systems, and space exploration. It also includes aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, materials science, structural analysis and manufacturing.

    Dear Nandini,
    I cannot tell you about the exact cutoff for aerospace engineering in LPU but can provide you with the details of this programme as my sister studying this programme at LPU.
    Aerospace is a niche area, the skills required in the industry are beyond the course curriculum of most of the universities. LPU has recognized this and developed the curriculum in consultation with the industry.
