I got 139 marks in Mains. Can I get a good seat under OBC reservation?

    Hello Sai,
    These days, the performance of OBC students is outstanding. In some cases, cut-offs for OBC is higher than general category students. Hence I feel that 139 marks are on the boundary and a lot depends on how other OBC students have scored in the exam.
