If your rank is in 3 digits it's best but for chemical engineering, civil engineering, industrial management engineering and biotechnology engineering there can be low ranks(5k,10k)
And don't join a course just because the college is great, wait and see all the courses
Check their syllabus then choose your interested course n then join the most optimal college in your rank -
