I got 13k in Mains general catogory, homestate Telangana. Can I get mechanical in NIT, Warangal?

There are 50-50 chances, you may get or you may not get mechanical as last year, the closing rank was around 13k. But you may get civil in NIT, Warangal, which is also a very good branch. But if you are only targeting mechanical, then it's better to have another option ready, because you are not su

Your rank is low. Still, you can give a try. Refer to the official website of NIT Warangal, they have provided previous year's opening and closing rank of each department. Though it will change this year, it will be helpful for your reference.
