I got 13k JEE Main rank. Can I get chemical engineering at NIT, Trichy if I don't have state quota?

    Chances are conversion is less as you don't belong to state quota. But still you can take a chance and wait for the final list. Cut-off will be different for different years.

    Last year closing rank for chemical was 11579. So there are less chances.
