I got 14539 SC category rank in JEE Mains. Can I get any NIT with EE/mechanical/ECE branch in any round?

I got 77 marks in JEE Mains and 80% in boards.

Yes, you can easily get any of the NIT in which you want, but might not in the top NITs, in the last round of the counselling.
