Hi Aman, It's great that you have scored 147 marks in UPSEE 2019. Yes, it is possible for you to get a seat in a government college. For that you need to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly. Wait till the last round of the counselling process. At the same time to be in the safer side, apply for some private universities like Amity, Lovely Professional University, Manav Rachna, etc. Best of luck.
