I got 15000 rank in iit, 22000 in nit.intrested for doing research in physics.which is better option?msc integrated in phy or btech?plz ans

I passes 12th this year with 93 %,and really want to pursue research in physics.but i didnt get any institute which are good,can you tell which are the best institutes for reading msc integrated in physics?in india?

Go for Msc integrated if u get the opportunity only under reputed cllgs like iit or nit if that is ur prime interest otherwise btech from nit is better
