It is difficult to get a seat for BAMS in Rajasthan with this score of your in NEET as the cutoff goes higher marks than this. However if you belong to any other category not general then you may have a chance.

No you can't get a Govt college with this marks. The minimum required is 85k rank.
Cut off for thus year for general category was 164.
So you are ineligible.
