I got 159 rank general in uptu b.tech lateral entry for b.sc. Can i get any government college or any good Private college plz tell me

I am financially not good if i do b.Tech i will take loan is this good to do b.tech after b.sc on the basis of loan or i have to do some other professional course that is not expensive and give good job opportunities plz suggest me
