I got 16150 rank in JEE Mains and category rank injee advance is 3058but I get seat in IIT or NIT or iiit?

You have a fair chances for IITs based on your JEE Advanced rank. Now, if we go with JEE Main ranking, then you will have to sacrifice with government engineering colleges, because you don't have fair chances for NITs or IIITs. I will suggest you to get for IITs.
