I got 17 marks in JEE Main 2018 & belongs to SC, where can I apply for admission in B.Tech computer science engineering course?

I think you're not dropper. Take a drop for 1 year and work hard and improve your performance. Then, next year, you'll get a better college. If you're already a dropper, go for any state college. Or go for any college in South. Thank you.

You have scored less marks. That's why, you can only get your state government engineering colleges. Apply for that through state quota.
