I got 175 marks in JEE paper 2. Will I be able to apply for civil engineering in NIT or IIITs?

No, the marks of paper 2 can get you a seat for B. Architecture only. For admission in B.Tech (like civil engineering) JEE Paper 1 will be considered. BEST OF LUCK!
