I got 19k rank in JEE Paper 1 and my board percentage is 70. Is there any chance of getting any NIT or GIFTs?

What is your name and where is your home state I don't know. You got 19k in JEE Mains paper 1. It is not a bad score for 2018. You will surely get NITS, no doubt about it. But, 70 percent marks in class 12th is arising question, so you may wait for JEE percentile.

Hello Abdul,
If you belong to unreserved categories, then your board percentage should be at least 75, and if you belong to reserved categories then, it is enough if you have a minimum of 65%. You may refer the link below to know your chances by the college predictor tool, in getting a college:
