u can resolve ur query by going to the ccb website and see the opening and closing rank of nits in aieee-2010 and u can decide for urself.nit waranga l,surathka l,trichy ,nagpur ,surat etc. are very good.

i think u will get toppest nites like warangel,durgapur,i would like to suggest u to choose jadevpur university(chemicl engineering)
